Our team completed the Hike For Homeless on the weekend!
The hike is to help raise funds for Base Services in Toowoomba. Base Services is not for profit, community development organisation, that works with individuals and families in need in the Toowoomba community including men and women of all ages, from diverse cultural backgrounds who are homeless or at high risk of homelessness.
The 'CatholicCare Bears' had a successful 10km hike.
The feedback from the hikers was that the hike itself was grueling, hilly, and hot. But all team members made it!
With over 1100 registrations, it was amazing to hike all together as a community for a great cause.
Although the hike is over we still need your support to reach our $500 goal!
